  - I don't know about the choice of the websites name but the content here is excellent :) The page covers many graphics programming algorithms with excellent explanations and examples. (Highly Recommended).
  
  
• OPEN-GL
• OpenGL Programming Guide - This is an online version of OpenGL Programming Guide (Addison-Wesley Publishing Company), it is probably the best way to learn Open-GL.
  
• Open-GL reference page - This page has the api for Open-GL. This has proven to be a very useful reference for me.
  
• Way cool, way fast OpenGL rendering techniques - This page covers techniques for doing special effects in Open-GL.
  
• OpenGL: from the EXTensions to the SOLutions - This page probably has the most information on Open-GL. However, you might want a 21" monitor before viewing the page. (You'll see what I mean).

Hardware

• Tom's Hardware - This page offers real-world evaluations of hardware. Tom does a great job of ignoring standard benchmarks and coming up with tests that are actually useful. This page will really let you know if that latest, greatest piece of hardware is as great as the specs claim.
  
• Ace's Hardware - This page is quite similar to tom's hardware. It has some very technical material on a variety of architectures (x86,Alpha, Sparc).

Misc. Interesting

• Computerized RoShamBo - A page about a computerized RoShamBo contest.
• International Obfuscated C Code Contest - The title says it all. :-) Some very interesting (yet unreadable) programs.
• Cool optical illusions - Really impressive optical illusions.
